We, the Food Work Group, create these two beautiful restaurants of Lotus Thai and Manee Thai that serve finest authentic Thai food in order to respond to the Thai governments policy of promoting Thai food internationally. Since the government has initiated the Thai Kitchen to the World program, aiming to raise an awareness of quality Thai food with internationally recognized standard, Lotus Thai is the first restaurant in our group to set foot on international land.
Due to our Thai culinary expertise, superb service and experience from organizing the renowned Bua Restaurant for more than 20 years, Lotus Thai are very successful. A combination of flavorful cuisine and the elegant Thai-styled decoration has created an impressive experience to our guests. Furthermore, we are very proud to be a part of promoting Thai food to be more famous in the U.S. With this accomplishment, we decided to open Manee Thai, located in the same neighborhood, in order to meet with such a strong demand.
